Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Track and report project KPIs, timelines, and budgets to senior management.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and team collaboration.


Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).

  • 8-11 years of project management experience in software development.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with global clients.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
