Job Summary:

Project Manager

Job responsibilities/Job Requirement:

5 to 10 years of Project Management experience
Exposure to SCRUM and other project delivery methodologies
Experience in managing Payment/BFSI application delivery projects
Exposure to mid-to-large scale migration/upgrade projects (preferred)
Strong IT background with a good understanding of the SDLC
Proven experience in leading teams of 10–20 members
Proficiency in all standard project management artifacts and documentation
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take full ownership of the project

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
High level of ownership and accountability for project deliverables.
