Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes and preferably possess domain knowledge in the Oil and Gas sector. This hybrid role requires effective management of projects to drive successful outcomes ensuring alignment with company goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the execution of projects managing resources timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement and manage Kubernetes solutions to optimize project efficiency and scalability.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.
Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Utilize domain knowledge in Oil and Gas to tailor project strategies and solutions to industry-specific challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Drive project outcomes that contribute to the companys purpose and positively impact society.
Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and team cohesion.
Utilize day shift hours effectively to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders. Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in Kubernetes with proven experience in deploying and managing solutions.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Have a good understanding of the Oil and Gas industry with the ability to apply domain knowledge to project strategies.
Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
Maintain a high level of adaptability and flexibility thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
