Job Title: Project Manager & Client Success Lead (Marketing + Sales + Execution)

She will be the face of the company for:

  • Client interactions
  • Project planning & reporting
  • Proposal creation
  • Marketing coordination

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day progress of Intime’s projects
  • Coordinate tasks between BI, SAP, AI, Web, and Automation teams
  • Track progress, deadlines, deliverables
  • Prepare weekly project reports & dashboards
  • Maintain documentation (SOW, MOM, project tracker, updates)
  • Drive implementation timelines

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos
  • Attend onsite visits (Bangladesh, India, UAE if needed)
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally
  • Maintain strong relationships with top management (CXOs, Directors, PMOs)
  • Quickly resolve client queries

3. Proposal Building & Pre-Sales

  • Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations
  • Assist in developing pitch decks
  • Gather requirements from clients
  • Prepare RFP responses, Scope documents, Agreements
  • Work with the CEO to refine pitch messages
  • Follow up on submitted proposals

4. Marketing & Communication

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with digital team
  • Work with content, creative & performance marketing teams
  • Assist in planning events, webinars, workshops
  • Support marketing activities for: InTime projects

5. Sales & Business Development

  • Assist CEO in sales meetings
  • Book appointments & follow-ups
  • Manage lead pipeline & CRM updates
  • Follow up for payments, contract signing
  • Build relationships with colleges, corporates, institutes
  • Support new client onboarding
  • Travel for sales presentations & demos

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare MOMs, weekly status reports, project sheets
  • Maintain proposal repository
  • Organize client documentation
  • Prepare internal and external communication drafts

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent spoken English + Hindi + Bengali
  • Extremely good communication & presentation skills
  • Confident, polished, professional personality
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic understanding of IT/digital projects (web, AI, BI, ERP)
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Ability to draft proposals & professional emails
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Marketing or sales experience
  • Experience in EdTech / IT / Training industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics
  • Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
  • Social media communication experience
  • Ability to handle events & workshops
