Job Summary: The Aadhaar Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Aadhaar-related projects, ensuring they meet operational, quality, and compliance standards set by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India). The role involves coordinating between internal teams, government agencies, and field operators to ensure smooth implementation of Aadhaar enrolment, update, and authentication services. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Develop and implement project plans for Aadhaar enrolment and update centers. Coordinate setup of enrolment kits, biometric devices, and software installation. Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Operations & Team Management Supervise Aadhaar Operators, Supervisors, and Support Staff. Allocate resources and assign daily/weekly tasks. Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to UIDAI guidelines. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all processes comply with UIDAI and government regulations. Monitor and audit enrolment/update transactions for accuracy. Implement corrective actions for operational errors. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with UIDAI officials, banks, post offices, and other partner organizations. Manage communication between head office and field teams. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on project progress. Prepare compliance and performance reports for management. Ensure proper documentation of all activities.
