We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, transformation delivery, and people management. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage multiple projects, engagement economics, receivables, project resources, and team utilization. Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and accounts. Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients to meet business development targets. Build a strong team and provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and policies. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in consulting or industry, preferably with expertise in business transformation, process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, and business planning. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good leadership qualities. Ability to develop and customize solutions relevant to client needs. Advanced knowledge of supply chain and operations management. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts. Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Good experience in business development. Excellent people management skills. Sharp focus on quality delivery.
