About the Role

Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

  liaison between business teams and technology teams

  to ensure clarity of requirements and timely delivery.
• Gather, document, and validate

  business requirements

  across Hotel, Airlines, CBS, and MICS lines of business.
• Manage

  content operations

  related to travel products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Map current workflows, identify process gaps, and design

  optimized processes for CRM and other business systems

  .
• Develop and maintain

  detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and trackers

  to monitor progress.
• Coordinate and conduct

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  , ensuring successful implementation.
• Support

  change management

  and user adoption across IT and operational projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and proactively escalating issues.
  
• Perform

  business process mapping, solution design, and requirement documentation

  to aid product and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator

  (Travel domain experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  travel industry workflows

  (Airlines, Hotels, CBS, MICS).
• Hands-on experience with

  requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design

  .
• Familiarity with

  CRM systems

  and content management processes.
• Excellent skills in

  project planning tools

  (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
