Project Manager

Role Overview: As the Project Manager (Interiors) based in Dahisar East, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, client communication, coordination with designers and contractors, and ensuring timely execution while meeting design specifications and project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed project timelines, scope of work, and budget breakdowns based on client requirements and design concepts. - Maintain open communication with clients, manage their expectations, and present design proposals for approval. - Lead and collaborate with a team of interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure a smooth project execution. - Track project expenses, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures. - Ensure that design elements align with project specifications, including space planning, furniture selection, finishes, and lighting. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with design plans. - Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project reports. Qualification Required: - Over 10 years of experience in Construction & Interiors. - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors effectively. - Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes. - Familiarity with obtaining permits and approvals for construction projects. - Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. - Willingness to work on-site in Dahisar East on a full-time basis.
