Project Manager (Fabrication/Facade)

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad

Experience: 7–8 years

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in fabrication or facade projects to oversee end-to-end execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fabrication/facade projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage client relationships, provide regular updates, and address concerns proactively.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of fabrication and facade systems.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–8 years of proven experience in fabrication or facade project management.
• Prior experience in managing large-scale construction projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
