Project Manager @CheQ

This role ensures seamless execution of high-impact projects closely working with all the functional leaders including the Founder & CEO. This involves coordinating and engaging with multiple stakeholders, managing risks associated with critical projects and monitoring progress.

This individual drives strategic initiatives, enhances efficiency and supports informed decision-making, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with all senior stakeholders and executive team to manage and execute high-priority projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing project status and outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders at all levels

What you’ll need

Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.

• 5-8 years of strong experience in project management including planning, execution, and risk management.
• B2C product delivery experience will be an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of business operations and strategy.
