Project Manager

As a Project Manager (Interiors) based in Dahisar East, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, client communication, coordination with designers and contractors, and ensuring timely execution while meeting design specifications and project deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project timelines, scope of work, and budget breakdowns based on client requirements and design concepts. - Maintaining open communication with clients, managing their expectations, and presenting design proposals for approval. - Leading and collaborating with a team of interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure a smooth project execution. - Tracking project expenses, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures. - Ensuring that design elements align with project specifications, including space planning, furniture selection, finishes, and lighting. - Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with design plans. - Coordinating with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects. - Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project reports. Qualifications required for this role: - Over 10 years of experience in Construction & Interiors. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. - Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling. - Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
