Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order Management and Closure.
1. Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and other related documents.
2. Identifying and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, packing lists, or other documentation.
3. Maintaining accurate and organized records of all purchase order documentation.
4. Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing
5. Assisting in the final steps of closing out purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
6. Preparing reports related to purchase order status and closure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
