Job Title: Project Manager – Residential Rooftop Solar

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate a team of site engineers, ensuring smooth execution of surveys, installation activities, liaison work, and commissioning of projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support site engineers to ensure timely and accurate completion of project tasks.
• Assign daily/weekly tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Review site survey reports, ensure accuracy of technical measurements, and provide guidance on corrections when required.
• Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, DISCOMs, and customers for seamless project flow.
• Resolve on-site issues related to design, feasibility, material availability, execution, or customer concerns.
• Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring all documentation and technical requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards at all project sites.
• Maintain detailed project records, progress reports, and escalations.
• Conduct regular review meetings with engineers and management.
• Maintain stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in residential rooftop solar projects.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of site surveys, load calculations, structure feasibility, and electrical connections.
• Experience with DISCOM liaison, net-metering processes, and regulatory compliances.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel to sites within and around Lucknow as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
