Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with architects, engineers, and senior management.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
• Create detailed work plans to monitor and track progress.
• Resource Management:
• Procure necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Budget Management:
• Control project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and cost control throughout the life of the project.
• Team Leadership & Communication:
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Quality & Safety Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, progress, and compliance with design plans.
• Implement best practices in construction safety and risk management.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address issues that arise during project execution, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Project Closeout:
• Ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and expectations.
• Oversee final inspections, approvals, and handover of completed projects to clients.
• Complete post-project evaluations and feedback sessions to improve future project execution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in project management, with experience in real estate construction and development.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED Certification, or similar credentials are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Ability to travel to construction sites as required.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
