Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  50+ engineers

  , ensuring efficient coordination, performance, and project delivery.
• Oversee the

  end-to-end product development lifecycle

  , including design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize

  EDA tools

  such as

  Altium, Allegro, and Orcad

  effectively for PCB design and development activities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives, maintaining

  cost, quality, and timeline

  commitments.
• Plan, track, and monitor project progress through effective

  project management methodologies

  .
• Prepare and present

  project reports, technical presentations, and status updates

  to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams

  .
• Mentor, coach, and upskill team members to strengthen their technical and project management capabilities.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Guarantee adherence to

  budgetary guidelines

  and maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

  in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent.

• Minimum 10+ years

  of relevant experience in

  electronics product development and project management

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  Altium, Allegro, Orcad

  , and related design tools.
• Proven ability to manage large teams independently.
• Strong

  leadership, analytical, and decision-making

  skills.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation

  skills.
• Demonstrated success in

  managing cross-functional projects

  and stakeholder relationships.

• PMP Certification

  is an added advantage.
• Strong commitment to

  meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

  standards.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious

  with a results-driven approach.

• Own conveyance is mandatory.
