As a Program Manager, you will drive end-to-end program delivery ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. • Lead and manage strategic programs aligned with business goals across global teams. • Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies. • Define scope, goals, timelines, success metrics and budgets aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities. • Develop executive dashboards and presentations providing strategic insights using a data-driven approach for leadership. • Continuously improve program frameworks, tools, and processes. • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs, timelines, and budget planning as per requirements • Collaborate with senior leadership, business heads and functional teams across geographies to ensure program success.
