Project Manager

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in AI or data-driven projects, can manage cross-functional teams, and ensures adherence to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of

  Agentic AI and AI/ML projects

  from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
• Plan, prioritize, and track Agile sprints, backlogs, and project milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with

  Responsible AI

  principles: fairness, explainability, and governance.
• Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
• Implement process improvements to optimize AI project delivery, integrating Agile and MLOps principles.
• Support change management, adoption, and training for AI-driven workflows.
• Maintain executive-level communication on project status, risks, and value delivered.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields

  .
• 6–12 years of

  project management experience

  , preferably in

  AI, ML, or data analytics projects

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience managing

  Agentic AI, Generative AI, or LLM-driven initiatives

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI frameworks, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), and cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Scrum Master certification

  (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like

  LangChain, n8n, or Flowise

• Familiarity with data pipelines, RAG systems, and AI deployment best practices.
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs and Generative AI use cases.
• Knowledge of

  project tracking tools

  like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
