Position Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore/Gurgaon regions. The 

successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of large-scale workspace interior fit-out projects, managing teams of 5-15 members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects ranging from ₹5 crores to 50 crores with coverage areas from 50,000 to 2,00,000 sq. ft.

Key Responsibilities-

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead comprehensive project planning from inception to completion

• Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and milestone tracking

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and Costing/QS teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality

Team Management:

• Lead and manage project teams of 5-15 members across different functions

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and specialized teams

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all team levels

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships

• Present project updates, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, procurement, and commercials teams

Quality & Compliance-

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

• Implement and maintain project documentation and reporting systems

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in workspace/corporate interior fit-out projects

• Minimum 10 large-scale projects executed as Project Manager

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and leadership capabilities

• Technical knowledge of C&I activities and MEP Coordination

• Excellent client relationship management skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
