Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complete project lifecycle—from planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to handover.
   
2. Oversee construction activities for Commercial Buildings, Data Centers, and IT Park projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and technical standards.
   
3. Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost estimations, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
   
4. Develop detailed project schedules (MSP/Primavera) and track progress through effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
   
5. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
   
6. Ensure all construction works comply with quality standards, safety norms, statutory requirements, and environmental guidelines.
   
7. Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
   
8. Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
   
9. Drive procurement planning in coordination with the purchase team, ensuring timely availability of materials and resources.
   
10. Oversee contract administration, billing verification, variation claims, and project documentation.
    
11. Lead review meetings, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and risk mitigation plans.
    
12. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects to clients with zero deviation in quality and compliance.
    

Key Skills & Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Minimum

  25–30 years

  of experience in large-scale EPC Civil projects.
• Strong track record in managing

  Commercial/Corporate Buildings, Data Centers, IT Parks

  , or other high-rise projects.
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools (MS Project / Primavera).
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project operations.
