Should be well versed with sizing of Scrubbers, Tanks, pumps, blowers, pressure filters and process piping2. Should be well versed with sizing of Trough Conveyors, Pipe Conveyors, Silo System, Pneumatic / Mechanical Conveying Systems 3. Experience in Engineering EPC Company of Proposal Preparation. 4. Handling Technical aspect of project which includes understanding of design requirement coordination with Engineering Team & Marketing to arrive optimal solution. 5. Well-versed with Technical aspects Bid Submission. 6. Managing Negotiations for Better Deals from vendors / suppliers, Problem Solving, Data Analysis etc. Role & responsibilities 1. Analysing the enquiry / Tender document received from Client & making complete techno commercial proposals. 2. Evaluating the tender specifications to understanding the system deliverables, technical discussion with consultant / customer preparing detail technical offer. 3. Sizing of equipment and Estimation of bill of quantities for a defined scope while ensuring technical conformance. 4. Preparing cost estimates based on offers from vendors, decision for sourcing of equipment to arrive at optimal cost. 5. Cost estimates of fabricated equipment. 6. Attending techno-commercial meetings, pre-bid negotiations with vendors and formulation of comparative statement and interaction with all concern departments. 7. Ensure Timely proposal submission through Expediting and Follow-up efforts as and when required. 8. Attending technical discussion with Client / consultants. 9. Preparation of Process Flow Diagram and Layout Drawings for bid submission. Preferred candidate profile 1. Relevant experience in Engineering EPC Company preferably in the field of Material Handling Systems and or in process plants associated with Aluminium and Copper 2. Knowledge of Thermal Power Plants, Aluminium Refinery and Aluminium Smelters, Copper Smelter etc. 3. Independently lead the coordination and preparation of proposals of all sizes. 4. Domain knowledge in the field. 5. Excellent Presentation, Written & Verbal Communication Skills. 6. Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure. 7. Ready to travel regularly, for short periods. 8. Understand business objectives, priorities, and sales strategy, especially as they relate to the proposal process. 9.
