Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, teams, contractors, and client communication while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in handling construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Estimate resources, materials, and manpower required for project execution.
  • Ensure project execution follows technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Team & Contractor Management

  • Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to site staff for smooth operations.
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of work.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts related to labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Control material wastage and optimize resource usage.
  • Review contractor bills, client invoices, and material consumption statements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards during all construction phases.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and technical experts for approvals.

Safety Management

  • Implement and enforce safety guidelines on the project site.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE usage.
  • Address safety hazards and incidents immediately.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
  • Provide regular progress updates, project reports, and status meetings.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clarity on project deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Oversee documentation for inspections, quality checks, and compliance.
  • Manage project-related correspondence, approvals, and record-keeping.

Risk Management

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Handle escalation issues related to delays, design changes, or procurement challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,540.22 - ₹75,622.72 per month
