Job Summary

The Office Operations Executive ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by managing facilities, vendor coordination, logistics, and internal support services. This role maintains operational efficiency and ensures compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and utility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain inventory records of office assets, stationery, and consumables.
  • Support HR/admin in onboarding, ID card issuance, and access control.
  • Handle AMC renewals, repairs, and service schedules for office infrastructure.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event setups.
  • Monitor attendance and staff discipline along with HR support.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with facility protocols.
  • Report operational issues to management and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,004.99 - ₹18,000.00 per month
