Job Title: Architect – Commercial Office & Interior DesignJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect with strong experience in designing commercial office spaces and interior layouts. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural planning, space optimization, interior detailing, and project coordination. This role requires both technical expertise and strong design sensibilities to deliver functional, aesthetic, and modern workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & Planning

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed layouts for commercial office spaces.
• Prepare space planning, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Optimize space utilization based on client needs and industry best practices.

2. Interior Design & Detailing

• Create interior concepts including workstation layouts, partitions, conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
• Select materials, finishes, color palettes, furniture, and fixtures appropriate for modern office environments.
• Prepare interior detailing and construction drawings.

3. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and functional needs.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback into revised designs.

4. Project Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, site engineers, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design.
• Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical guidance as required.

5. Documentation & Approvals

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and design documentation.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from authorities or clients.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,166.21 - ₹39,963.08 per month
