Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, develop digital strategies, and support overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, branding, campaign management, and analytics, with a strong understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform optimization.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience regularly.
• Monitor trends and implement new ideas to grow follower base.

2. Content Creation

• Create high-quality graphics, reels, videos, stories, and promotional posts.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers for campaigns.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent messaging.

3. Marketing & Branding

• Support development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, brand collaborations, and partnerships.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign results.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

5. Advertising & Promotions

• Manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms.
• Monitor ad budgets, performance, and ROI.
• Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns for best results.

6. Website & SEO Support (Basic)

• Update website content as needed.
• Coordinate with SEO team for keyword-focused content and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,960.53 - ₹33,724.14 per month
