Project Management Lead

As the Lead Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, coordination, and monitoring of Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and cost-effective execution, all while upholding the highest quality and safety standards. Your role will involve leading project scheduling, conducting risk analysis, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing project control functions, managing reporting (MIS), and implementing change management strategies across multiple projects. A key aspect of your role will be mentoring a team of engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. You will also be involved in preparing Capex proposals, monitoring expenditures, and driving initiatives aimed at cost-saving. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 18 years of experience in project planning and control within industries such as Agro, Pharma, or Fine Chemicals. Proficiency in tools like MS Projects and SAP PS is crucial. Strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and effective stakeholder management are essential qualities for this position.
