Role Overview

Project Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  backend project coordination

  across multiple teams (Retail, Sales, Operations, and Product).
• Maintain and manage

  project dashboards and workflows

  on

  Asana

  — updating tasks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Oversee communication and task alignment through

  Slack

  channels and integrations.
• Support project documentation, follow-up processes, and report generation.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of cross-functional tasks.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with project leads to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of milestones.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  organizational, planning, and coordination

  skills.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with

  Asana

  and

  Slack

  for project management.
• Basic knowledge of

  CAPM

  or similar PM frameworks preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong

  attention to detail

  and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on

  process improvement

  and execution excellence.
