What you'll bring

Fresher with bachelor's / master's degree in engineering, Management, IT, or a related field.

Interest in project management and basic Agile frameworks knowledge.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools is preferred.

Team spirit &Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Good time-management skills

What you will be doing and Terms of Internship

As a Project Management Intern, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects. Your key responsibilities include:

Coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Retrospectives).

Tracking project metrics, updating JIRA and communicating progress to Tech Leads, Product Managers, Stakeholders.

Identifying risks, highlighting blockers, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address challenges and propose solutions.
