Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, expediting processes, and coordinating inspections. We’re looking for passionate and proactive interns eager to explore how startups operate from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage designs using Canva
• Maintain data and reports on Google Sheets
• Support Business Development (BDE) activities
• Assist in team coordination and management
• Contribute to branding, communication, and hiring initiatives
• Help in building new startup pipelines and internal projects

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expediting skills
• Expeditor and Inspection experience
• Logistics Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Prior experience in outsourcing or similar industry is a plus
• Open to

  students currently pursuing graduation

  or recent graduates
• Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new things
