We’re looking for a PMO Executive (Fresher) who can support our project management office in ensuring campaigns run smoothly — from planning to delivery — across social media, SEO, ads, and web projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple digital marketing projects.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and timelines using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
• Coordinate with internal teams — content, design, ad ops, SEO, and web — to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Document campaign briefs, approvals, and meeting minutes in structured formats.
• Follow established PMO processes and templates for consistency and quality.
• Track dependencies, identify potential delays, and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations summarizing campaign progress and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing processes (social media, SEO, paid ads, or website projects).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of marketing operations and project management.
