Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern at our company based in Mumbai (Powai), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of various projects. Your main responsibilities will include: - Scheduling and documenting meetings with key stakeholders, such as Medical Associations and industry partners. - Managing the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) database and assisting in their engagement activities. - Coordinating logistics for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and hospital outreach events. - Keeping all project documentation up to date, including timelines, status reports, and contact lists. - Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. - Conducting research on potential new industry partners to aid in business development. - Facilitating internal meetings and communications to maintain team alignment. To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required, and familiarity with project management software like Jira, Asana, or Trello would be advantageous. In return, we offer you hands-on experience in various stages of the project lifecycle, direct mentorship from experienced Project Managers, and a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion of the program.
