Job Title: Client Relationship & Business Development Executive – Interior & Civil Works / Project Management Consultant. Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Vishakapatnam - WFH (Need to travel whenever necessary) Industry : Commercial Fit-outs, Civil & Construction Works (Commercial / Retail / Office Spaces) Job Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven professional with a strong background in client relationship management and business development, specifically in commercial, retail, and office interior and civil projects. The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in material costings, vendor pricing, and skilled in negotiating with clients to close deals effectively. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with clients throughout the duration of the project. Act as the main liaison between client, contractors, and internal project teams. Ensure clear communication and transparency on project updates, timelines, and deliverables. 2. Business Development: Mandatory: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and commercial interior/civil projects. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients across retail, office, and commercial spaces. 3. Material Rate Handling & Negotiation: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Have a strong understanding of material specifications, pricing, and availability in the market. Present accurate cost estimates and negotiate with clients to achieve profitable yet fair project pricing. Optimize cost-efficiency without compromising on quality. 4. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and contractors to align execution as per client expectations. Ensure timely delivery, proper site coordination, and quality control at all stages. --- Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development/client management in the interior fit-out or civil construction sector. Sound knowledge of material costs and vendor/client negotiations. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong client negotiation capabilities with a proven track record in closing high-value projects. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. --- Salary & Benefits : Base Salary: Competitive and as per market standards. Incentives: Attractive commission based on the number and value of new clients/projects brought in. Increment Criteria: Yearly increment directly linked to performance, number of new clients acquired, project execution success, and revenue generation. --- Reporting To: Director – Business Operations / Managing Partner
