Job Title: Project Management Consultant – Civil Engineer Department: Engineering / Construction Location: Noida Reports To: Project Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The PMC is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budget and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. They act as the client’s representative and oversee all consultants, contractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: · Project Planning & Coordination: · Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. · Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets. · Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. · Design & Documentation Review: · Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and construction methodologies. · Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. · Construction Supervision: · Monitor day-to-day construction activities. · Ensure work is progressing as per the schedule, quality standards, and safety norms. · Conduct regular site visits and inspections. · Project Monitoring & Reporting: · Track project progress using KPIs and milestone achievements. · Prepare periodic reports on project status, delays, risks, and cost overrun. · Recommend corrective actions where necessary. · Quality Assurance & Safety: · Implement quality control procedures and ensure materials/workmanship meet specifications. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. · Risk Management: · Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. · Resolve conflicts or technical issues on-site. · Contract & Vendor Management: · Assist in tendering, bid evaluations, and contract awards. · Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). · 3–5 years of experience in project management within the civil or infrastructure sector. · Strong knowledge of construction management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). · Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory norms. · Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. · PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
