Junior Architect

As a valuable member of Sara Abode Pvt Ltd, you will be contributing to our mission of promoting the "Green Building Concept" by constructing eco-friendly, luxurious, and comfortable houses and resorts. Your role will involve collaborating with a skilled team of architects, designers, engineers, and distributors to create state-of-the-art Log Houses and Resorts using the best quality materials. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and creating designs, both manually and through CAD applications, as well as evaluating architectural character in relation to social and cultural heritage. You will prepare detailed designs, working drawings, and shop drawings, along with managing activities, progress, and external services through regular site visits. To excel in this role, you should have a B.Arch. from a reputed Institute and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, 3D, SketchUp, and others relevant to the field. Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of REVIT would be an added advantage. You will also be involved in client interactions, preparing reports, design briefs, proposals, applications, and contracts. Additionally, you should be open to travel, flexible with project schedules and budgets, and possess excellent written, oral, and computer skills.
