Job Title: Project Management Consultant – Civil Projects Location: All Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil project management Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee and coordinate civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion all over Kerala. The consultant will be responsible for project planning, contractor coordination, quality and safety compliance, and timely execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Key responsibilities include preparing project schedules, monitoring site activities, verifying contractor bills, managing project documentation, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. The PMC will act as the client’s on-site representative and ensure that the project is delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage detailed project schedules and work plans Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients Monitor site progress and ensure quality control and safety compliance Review and verify drawings, measurements, and contractor invoices Maintain project documentation and reporting Identify and mitigate project risks and delays Ensure compliance with local regulations, design codes, and standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of civil works Strong knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and billing Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
