About the Role

Project Management Associate



What You’ll Do

  • Own the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Channel

  • End-to-end handling: catalog listing, bid submissions, documentation, compliance, order management, invoicing, and post-order support.
  • Coordinate with government departments and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of tenders, bid status, and performance.
  • Own stakeholder management and assist the Project Manager with assigned tasks.


  • Drive Cross-Functional Project Execution

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery across internal projects — from procurement to fulfillment.
  • Liaise with product, ops, and logistics teams to ensure smooth rollout and implementation.
  • Track project health, flag risks, and ensure on-time closure.


  • Support Factory Operations


  • Work closely with our manufacturing units to track production schedules, QC, and dispatches, especially for institutional and GeM orders.
  • Solve on-ground bottlenecks and ensure operational continuity.


  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain all project trackers, GeM paperwork, and internal reporting dashboards.
  • Provide timely updates to leadership and drive alignment across stakeholders.



What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing GeM processes is a must

    — right from listing to order execution.
  • Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with manufacturing or D2C brands is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-driven startup environment.
