Role / Position: Project Management Analyst – HR Work Location: Chennai Domain: Healthcare in Tamil Nadu Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing, with MBA in HR or hospital management or related field Experience: 3 to 5 years; hospital sector experience is desirable or Fresher Reporting to: Project Manager of PMC Job Description: Coordinate with Nodal officers and Chief medical officers of respective projects/institutes/hospitals for HR related data Coordinate with NHM officials and other directorate officials as required on HR related data / works for understanding on the project requirements for analysis Work closely with project managers, team leaders and team members to provide data-driven support Perform HR gap analysis for the hospitals under the scope of NHM as per project requirements and in line with the guidelines Field visits to hospitals as per project requirements Familiar with relevant national / state guidelines in healthcare Good Communication skills – Tamil and English Strong analytical skills Data analysis tools (such as Microsoft excel, power BI, etc.) if any is preferable Show more Show less
