Project Management Analyst

As a Project Management Analyst HR in the Healthcare domain in Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Coordinate with Nodal officers and Chief Medical Officers of respective projects/institutes/hospitals for HR related data. - Coordinate with NHM officials and other directorate officials as required on HR related data/works for understanding the project requirements for analysis. - Work closely with project managers, team leaders, and team members to provide data-driven support. - Perform HR gap analysis for the hospitals under the scope of NHM as per project requirements and in line with the guidelines. - Conduct field visits to hospitals as per project requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing, with MBA in HR or hospital management or related field. - Experience: 3 to 5 years; hospital sector experience is desirable, or Freshers are welcome. Additional Details: - Familiarity with relevant national/state guidelines in healthcare. - Good Communication skills in Tamil and English. - Strong analytical skills. - Preferably skilled in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.,
