Project Management Analyst

As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 at our company, you will be responsible for applying your specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. Your role will involve identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, researching and interpreting factual information, and defining business issues. You will integrate established disciplinary knowledge with a basic understanding of related industry practices and work towards accomplishing the objectives of the area with your team. Your impact will be limited to your own team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform various data activities such as database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture/design engineering - Carry out routine operational or administrative work, focusing on administering defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation - Develop knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed while delivering routine and defined outputs daily - Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of relevant experience in Project Management - Proficiency in analytic tools such as SAS, Tableau, etc. - Experience in big data and machine learning with tools like Python, Hive, etc. - Knowledge of Data Warehouse/DB2 - Ability to engage resources outside direct control to achieve objectives - Familiarity with cloud environments like Salesforce - Project management/coordination skills with multiple teams - Expertise in JIRA and Confluence **Education:** - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a summary of the work performed.
