Project Management Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the CAO Application Change Governance team as a Project Management Analyst in Pune, India. This team is responsible for establishing governance processes for application delivery across various functions within the CAO organization. Your role will involve supporting governance processes and business-side activities during joint projects with IT. Key Responsibilities: - Own typical project management / PMO activities to support change projects, including developing and maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, monitoring project timelines, and supporting governance processes. - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. - Support go-live activities, turning business expectations into clearly defined requirements, assessing solution options, and documenting outcomes. - Manage required activities and coordinate with stakeholders within the organization. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of work experience in the corporate financial services industry or related roles. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a project manager / business analyst in change projects. - Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills. - Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Degree in software engineering or business management.
