You should demonstrate strong experience in project governance, reporting, and financial tracking, along with proficiency in project management tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, and having certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum would be advantageous. The role you are applying for will involve focusing on driving Lean & Six Sigma practices and PMO activities for transformation projects (Project Blossom), which includes governance through gate model and preparation and maintenance of stakeholder communication across the finance community.
