Project Management Analyst

As a Project Management Analyst HR, your role involves coordinating with Nodal officers and Chief medical officers of respective projects/institutes/hospitals for HR related data. You will also be required to coordinate with NHM officials and other directorate officials as necessary on HR related data/work to understand the project requirements for analysis. Working closely with project managers, team leaders, and team members to provide data-driven support is an essential part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Nodal officers and Chief medical officers for HR related data - Collaborate with NHM and directorate officials on HR related data - Support project managers, team leaders, and team members with data-driven insights - Conduct HR gap analysis for hospitals under NHM scope - Conduct field visits to hospitals based on project requirements - Ensure compliance with relevant national/state healthcare guidelines - Utilize strong communication skills in Tamil and English - Apply analytical skills to interpret data effectively - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc. is preferred Qualifications Required: - Educational background in B.Sc. Nursing, with an MBA in HR or hospital management or related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in the field; hospital sector experience is desirable - Knowledge of healthcare guidelines and protocols Kindly note that familiarity with data analysis tools and a proactive approach towards problem-solving will be beneficial in excelling in this role.,
