Project Lead

As a Project Lead for the product migration assignment, your role will primarily involve being the main point of contact for external customers (Physicians and Hospitals) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to oversee product migration tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the product implementation for existing clients by incorporating new business or making modifications to current business - Conducting client outreach to initiate the product implementation/migration process - Presenting the project plan to clients outlining the product modules to be implemented as per the signed contract - Setting client expectations and defining the scope of product migration activities - Educating clients on best practices and guiding them through the product migration phase - Handling all communication with clients, including organizing meetings and conference calls - Coordinating, communicating, and accurately reporting all migration-related activities under the supervision of the Program Manager - Facilitating training needs, scheduling client training, and reporting on completed training - Managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines - Completing projects within specified timelines while mitigating risks that could potentially cause delays - Creating and managing detailed work plans, schedules, and client status reports - Tracking and managing client product migration deliverables - Gathering client requirements and collaborating with internal departments to address issues related to client product migration - Ensuring a smooth hand-off to the client services group for ongoing support post product migration - Collaborating with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and challenges during product migration - Keeping the project on track and within scope by anticipating and assessing project issues - Developing resolutions in collaboration with the team and management to achieve productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in project management or product migration roles - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within deadlines - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals - Problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and address project issues - Knowledge of Revenue Cycle solutions is a plus,
