As a Project Assistant at Yubi, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Project Manager in planning and executing project tasks and activities efficiently. - Taking the lead on specific project workstreams or sub-teams to ensure project objectives are achieved. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues when necessary. - Ensuring that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are completed within set timelines. - Communicating project updates to internal stakeholders and facilitating stakeholder meetings. - Managing project timelines, tracking milestones, and aligning them with overall project goals. - Assisting in resource allocation to ensure team members have the necessary support for task execution. - Conducting regular project reviews and coordinating with other leads for effective project integration. - Working with product and business teams to prioritize enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
