Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Experience : 4–8 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, particularly within the FMCG sector. Technical Skills : Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including technical aspects like integrations and data feeds; familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, ONDC, Amazon, Jio Mart, ). Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
