Key Responsibilities

• The Project Lead shall be full-time managerial employee of the firm. He would not be a full-time and on-site staff member of the project. However, he will hold strategic role for the overall direction, quality assurance, and timely delivery of all project outputs.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the promotion, formation, and strengthening of FPOS, ensuring alignment with rural enterprise development goals and livelihood enhancement initiatives.

• Facilitate end-to-end enterprise development, Including community mobilization. capacity building, institutional strengthening, value chain development, and food processing.

• Enable access to finance and market linkages to support the financial sustainability and profitability of FPOs.

• Drive results-oriented Implementation, ensuring scalable rural business models and measurable improvements in income and impact for target beneficiaries.

Education & Experience

• The candidate must possess a graduate degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in projects focused on strengthening rural enterprises, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and related livelihood enhancement initiatives.

• Preference will be given to professionals who have worked closely with Cluster-Based Business Organization (CBBO) or similar organization as a Lead or equivalent, with hands-on experience in supporting the promotion, formation, and capacity building of FPOs Demonstrated success in guiding FPOs toward financial viability and profitability will be considered a significant advantage.

• The desired experience should demonstrate end-to-end facilitation capabilities, encompassing community mobilization, institutional strengthening, value chain development, food processing, access to finance, and market linkage development.

Exposure to enabling enhanced incomes and building scalable rural business models will be considered a strong advantage.

• Candidates with a proven track record of delivering measurable, Impact-oriented results across these domains will be strongly preferred.
