Job Description AI Lead / Head of AI Strategy Who are we looking for? We are seeking an AI Lead / Head of AI Strategy resource to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall AI strategy and ensuring that AI solutions align with business objectives and client needs. This person will also lead the AI team and coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize projects. Technical Skills  7+ years of experience in AI leadership roles.  Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Proven experience in managing AI projects from ideation to deployment . Process Skills  Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives.  Ensure AI solutions align with business goals and client needs.  Communicate AI opportunities to senior stakeholders and clients.  Lead and manage the AI team’s day-to-day operations . Behavioral Skills  Help build a highly reliable, efficient, and scalable back end to support Group Ecosystem applications  Set up a monitoring platform for logging and reporting internal bugs.  Knowledge of Distributed System  Experience in As-Is analysis, provide implementation roadmap creation and recommendations for application and system performance  Knowledge of Agile and Lean Practices Experience And Education Required  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.  7-10 years of IT experience
