Job Title: Project Lead Location: Chandigarh Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on coding experience and a proven track record in managing ERP implementation and integration projects . Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of ERP projects (implementation, integration, migration, or upgrades). Collaborate with technical and functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Actively participate in solution architecture, database design, and system integration planning. Write and review code, scripts, and configurations where needed — especially for custom modules, APIs, and integrations. Oversee project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and functional consultants. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients on project updates and deliverables. Ensure technical best practices, documentation, and post-deployment support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field. 8+ years of experience in ERP project leadership with a strong coding and technical development background . Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or SQL . Strong understanding of at least one major ERP platform: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite , etc. Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide development teams effectively. Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar . Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified, Microsoft Dynamics). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
