Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our ERP and CRM software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET and SQL, along with proven leadership skills to manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM software development.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee development activities using .NET technologies (frontend) and SQL Server (backend).
• Ensure timely delivery of modules, releases, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Conduct project review meetings, status reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure quality control by working closely with QA teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9–10 years of experience in software development, including team leadership.
• Strong expertise in .NET framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in leading ERP/CRM implementations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
