Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Lead, located in Kochi. The Project Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, design teams, contractors, and clients, managing project timelines, resolving any on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The Project Lead will also oversee compliance with safety and legal guidelines throughout all project stages.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience in team leadership, vendor coordination, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in architectural styles and design trends, such as tropical, Kerala, and contemporary
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is advantageous
• Previous experience in high-end residential or luxury home projects is a plus
