About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee and drive large-scale e-Governance projects, ensuring successful delivery from development through deployment and operational

phases. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will bring

proven leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and a strong understanding of government IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end e-Governance projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and government standards and regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Report project progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech. in IT, CS, ECE, or MCA.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT domain, with at least 2 years in managing large-scale government projects.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multi-stakeholder government assignments.
• Experience leading projects from development to deployment and operational phases.
• Certifications in relevant fields are preferred.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with government IT standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities.
